Scope of application
In chemical production, dilute sulfuric acid with a low concentration is often required as a reaction raw material. Therefore, the purchased concentrated sulfuric acid needs to be diluted to the required concentration of dilute sulfuric acid. The sulfuric acid diluter is a special device mainly used to dilute concentrated sulfuric acid into dilute sulfuric acid with a concentration of about 30% – 60%, while also reaching the temperature required by the process.
It is mainly composed of a mixing chamber, a cooling heat – exchange block and a shell. It uses polytetrafluoroethylene for sealing and is equipped with a pressure spring for thermal expansion compensation. It has the characteristics of high heat – transfer efficiency, strong thermal shock resistance and convenient maintenance.
