Scope of application

It is mainly applied to conventional hydrochloric acid desorption (HCl delivery pressure: atmospheric pressure and ≤0.6 MPaG), concentrated/dilute acid deep desorption (HCl delivery pressure: atmospheric pressure and ≤0.6 MPaG), and differential-pressure deep desorption (HCl delivery pressure: atmospheric pressure and ≤0.6 MPaG).
Liquid flows down evenly from the tower top via the spraying device, while gas rises uniformly from the tower bottom. Gas and liquid make contact on the surface of packing materials to complete heat and mass transfer. Generally, gas and liquid flow in countercurrent directions.
  • Graphite boasts outstanding corrosion resistance, temperature resistance and excellent machinability, so it can be fabricated into various types of columns.
  • As a mass and heat transfer equipment widely adopted in chemical production, rectification columns realize component separation by taking advantage of the differing volatility of each component in mixtures — components have different vapor pressures at the same temperature.
  • Graphite rectification columns are especially suitable for separating corrosive media, including working conditions such as hydrochloric acid concentration and purification of epichlorohydrin and dichloropropanol.
