Evaporation technology ranks among the primary core technologies widely applied in the environmental protection industry.

Evaporation systems are commonly used to remove impurities from waste acid. Hydrogen chloride and water are separated via evaporation, while waste residues are collected centrally.

The mainstream evaporation processes include single-effect evaporation, multi-effect evaporation and MVR mechanical vapor recompression evaporation. Different evaporation methods are selected according to the properties of processed materials.

Graphite evaporation units can replace traditional kettle evaporation processes to boost evaporation efficiency and cut steam energy consumption. Such graphite equipment is adopted to concentrate low-concentration acidic materials such as dilute sulfuric acid.
