The two-in-one hydrogen chloride synthesis furnace mainly integrates the synthesis section and cooling section. Hydrogen and chlorine are mixed and combusted to produce hydrogen chloride gas. After cooling, the gas is delivered to downstream processes that require hydrogen chloride, such as PVC and polysilicon production lines, or sent to the absorption system for hydrochloric acid preparation.

We can fully recover the heat released by the synthesis reaction to produce hot water or steam in accordance with your customized requirements.

Equipped with an automatic control system complete with an ignition unit, the whole system can realize fully unattended on-site operation.
