Scope of application
Thanks to graphite’s outstanding corrosion resistance, heat transfer capacity and thermal shock resistance, it is widely adopted for material evaporation processes. It is particularly ideal for flash separation tanks and material collection tanks.
Compared with other materials, graphite delivers superior temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and pressure bearing capacity, and can withstand extreme vacuum conditions.
Reaction materials are fed into the reactor vessel and mixed by the agitator. Meanwhile, heating and cooling media inside the jacket are utilized to adjust the reaction temperature.
During the reaction process, the control system monitors and regulates all parameters in real time to guarantee the reaction proceeds under safe, efficient and stable operating conditions.
