Scope of application

Compared with the circular block – hole type graphite heat exchanger, the tubular graphite falling – film absorber/evaporator has a large throughput, low fluid resistance, and can be made into a larger – sized graphite heat exchanger.
Used in the falling – film evaporation system, it has excellent film – forming and heat – transfer effects. Since a single larger – sized device can be fabricated, and through anti – corrosion treatment of the shell side, it has good resistance to secondary steam, making it particularly suitable for large – scale evaporation systems.
With single – tube sealing, it can eliminate the stress caused by expansion. Each tube can be independently extracted and replaced, which facilitates subsequent maintenance.
It is mainly composed of a liquid distributor, a cooling and absorption section, and a gas – liquid separator, etc. The liquid forms a film through single tubes for cooling and absorption, which has the advantages of high absorption efficiency, high product acid concentration, low outlet temperature, stable operation, convenient control, and no need to cool and dry the raw materials.
