Scope of application

Compared with the circular block hole – type graphite heat exchanger, the tubular graphite heat exchanger has a large throughput, low fluid resistance, and can be made into a larger – sized graphite heat exchanger.
The tubular graphite heat exchanger is mainly used for heating, cooling, condensing, evaporating and absorbing materials. It can withstand most organic or inorganic media, and is especially suitable for phosphoric acid concentration.
The adoption of single – tube sealing can eliminate the stress caused by expansion. Each tube can be independently extracted and replaced, which facilitates subsequent maintenance.
This product is mainly composed of upper and lower heads, a fixed tube sheet, a floating tube sheet, phenolic resin extruded heat – exchange tubes, and a shell, etc. It has advantages such as a compact structure and low fluid resistance. However, its temperature and pressure resistance are lower than those of the block – hole type. It is suitable for occasions with no strong impact and low vibration, and is suitable for use as a cooler (condenser).In this product, the upper tube sheet and the graphite tubes are glued into a whole with phenolic adhesive. The lower tube sheet and the graphite tubes adopt a mechanical sealing form. Each tube can axially move independently to reduce the stress caused by different expansion coefficients. This series is mainly used for heaters, reboilers, and evaporators.
